Meet Erin Rodrigues

Erin is a Bay Area native with deep roots across the region, calling Newark home while also having lived in Sunnyvale, Union City, San Francisco, and San Ramon. Her intimate knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods within the Bay Area gives her a unique perspective and understanding of what makes each community special.

Erin’s career in real estate spans over a decade, starting in leasing and property management from 2010 to 2016. Since 2016, she has worked with three prominent new home builders in both sales and non-sales roles. She has had the privilege of assisting a wide variety of clients, from formerly homeless veterans to first-time homebuyers and those looking to right-size their lives. As a seasoned sales professional, Erin has successfully sold homes ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

In her current role, Erin focuses on customer experience, working closely with clients who are navigating the intricate process of tearing down and rebuilding their homes. She coordinates and guides them through the often complex and emotional permitting and construction phases, supporting them during what can be a challenging 2-3 year journey.

When she’s not working, Erin is dedicated to her family, especially staying active in her son’s life and school activities. She serves as the Fundraiser Co-Director on his school’s Parent-Teacher Group Board. In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, kickboxing circuit training, cardio hip-hop, pilates, and spending quality time with friends.
